for the past few weeks ive been having strange feelings on the left side of my face near my lips, it seems to tingle and feel heavy and when it happens i convince myself im having a stroke but it goes after a while. Its worrying because my biggest fear is having a stroke after i witnessed my uncle having one. ive become obsessed with every bodily symptom and automatically think its a stroke, how can i stop this fear.:weep:
