Hi!
My name is Kirsty and I cant tell you how relieved and excited i am to find this website lol i feel so glad to have found many people in the same boat as me, going thru a tough time at the mo and cold turkey off some meds, just had to give up my job but im trying to remain hopeful this is just temporary, my depression is at its worst and my anxiety is returning, again not helped by the cold turkey but i kno i can get some good advice and an ear to talk to on here :D and at least i can go in the chatroom and have someone to talk to at 3am wen the insomnia is kicking in hehe!
