I keep feeling as if I can't exhale properly and that I'm being choked. What could this be? I've heard of hyperventilating but I read that this is rapid deep breaths which isn't what I have.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Sounds like tension in your chest which is a very common symptom of anxiety. You will always get enough breath. Relax your shoulders. Breathe in to a count of 7 through your nose, breathe out to a count of 11 through your mouth. Do this a few times until you relax. Try not to worry or panic about it. It will go away.

I feel like that when I get heart palpitations, could be due to your heart beating too fast from being anxious
