First time here - hi!

Hi everyone,

My name's Darren, and I just found this website after doing a search on some medication I am on.

About two months ago I had to be taken to hospital by ambulance while on a business trip in Germany. Despite all the tests showing nothing wrong, I have been feeling very run down and anxious since then.

I'm hoping I can find some good tips on how to cope with all this stress and anxiety I am feeling. It looks a good site from what I have seen so far.
