Hi there, I just found the site and it seems to be what I have been looking for. Over the past few months I have had some events which I think have brought to light how much of an anxious and panicky person I am. I had a late miscarriage, problems at work which I am still off sick for and have a grievance going through. I am being tested for lots of things which could have caused the miscarriage and I have a job interview tomorrow. I have been panicking about everything all day and in an attempt to bring myself round did some googling and found this.
