My doctor

Hi all
I recently went to my doctor to ask if i can be put back on a ssri! I was on seroxat for awhile early this year and it was great for the first 3 months as i felt myself again but into the 4th month my body couldn't take it anymore and i came off it! It's been hell on earth at times physically and still is at times 7 months later!!!
My ocd right now is pretty bad...i have good days but it seems more bad.
I've lost most of my "mates" because i'm no good to be around i think at times, so i can get quite lonely... I just want to feel myself again...oh well i'll get to the point...
My doctor a man i've known all my life says he thinks i don't need them but i'm not sure i made it clear how dark my moods can get!!!
Do i trust what he says as he knows me well or go to another doctor for a second opinion?

Hi Tel,

If I were you I think I'd go back and see your existing doc again and have another go at trying to get him to understand how bad you feel. Worthy a try?

I think you might be right and i'll try and get a appointment with him asap!!!
