Need a bit of support

Hi,

My anxiety has been so much better than it was this year but the last couple of days its come back really bad. All today I've been having really bad chest pains that go up my neck all down my right side and although I am usually rational about things like this and know its only because my anxiety is bad ATM it's really freaking me out.

I get scared every time I have a blip because I worry I'm gonna be housebound again and its taken me 4yrs to be able to function semi normal.

maybe you should have a chat with docter ,,as you must be carefull with chest pain its robably just anxiety ,, but no harm in checking is there
