I just visited my family doctor and she would like me to come off my birth control pill to see if that helps with my anxiety. I am coping with my anxiety as best as can be, but my hormones are making things much worse.
She had recommended Implanon and I am already afraid of having something foreign in my body with that, however, if the pill could be contributing to worsening anxiety than I am willing to go off it.
My husband and I have been thinking of starting a family soon anyway eek:scared15: but I am scared what coming off the pill will do to me in regards to my already existant anxiety disorder.
Can someone help me that may have gone through a similar experience? Do you find birth control helps or hinders anxiety or does it not really make a difference? I am so confused and worried:weep:
