Does anyone ever get jaw pain?


I jaw aches from time to time and wonder if it's PA related

Hi Terri

I'm sure it's anxiety related as we all tend to clench our jaws. or it could be related pain from tense shoulder muscles.
I have had this and it does go away.

Yeah i get this pain too in my jaw but like everything else the more i think about it the worse it gets.
I think its probably due to tension - try some facial exercises and massage - it helps.

try tensing and relaxing your facial muscles a bit.

You could be clenching your teeth without realising so that will give you jaw ache.
