fear of death

hiya.. i know there are plenty of posts about fearing the people you love dying and that its a common fear but i was actually wondering does anyone know any good way of stopping these thoughts or do you just have to push them out of your mind?
Any help would be great

Hi - you have to find a mixture of making rational sense of these thoughts -the real risk of person dying versus your imaginations version plus Yes pushing them out of your mind and replacing it with something else more cheerful.
