Thank you too, lisa and sue, you have no idea what your kindness means to me, anxiety still getting the better of me today, but i am trying my best to kick its ass, but really tiring and tough, have been doing all the self talk and looking at the evidence, and writing it down, not just all the stuff that is popping into my head, i havent felt this bad since i was first ill around 18 years ago, i have come a long way since then, so heres to rational thinking.......

It really drains you when anxiety levels are high. They say high anxiety/panic uses as much of our energy as running a marathon and i can quite beleive that.
