more panicky/anxious before period

hi, any one else get more anxious and panicky before there period? mine is worse when its late like now xxx

Yes I get that too. The last two times I've had a period have been really bad and yes it's worse when I am late. Last time I had palpatations so bad with a really fast heart rate I ended up with my worried gp doing an ECG on the spot!
It's normal to feel worse at this time of the month, if didn't used to effect me but it seems to now. My period is startimg today and I'm scared of the fast heart thing happening again. Damn hormones! lol

I felt the same when my periods were due - i always get more dizzy and headaches and my mood changes I used to feel as though i would pass out as i was more disorientated than usual. I got referred to a gyna about 6 months ago and i am now on cerazette (mini pill) and i have noticed a huge difference. Not sure if this was a coincidence but also try Agnus Castus - it may help.
