Feeling really down

I have just started crying for no reason, im sick of feeling like this :weep:

I know Manx. Me too - I am crying about anything and everything. I am starting to go to a really bad place, it is kicking the anxiety into full gear as well as leading to intrusive thoughts. I want someone to surgically remove the broken part of my brain:weep: I am sorry you feel down and know you aren't by yourself. You have much love here and things will get better:bighug1:
