dead arm :S

hi there i have suffered from health anxiety really bad in the past now recently i feel i have got better, i used to not wanna go out in case i caught swine flu etc, every time i had a pain id think the worst i was constantly down the doctors, but in the last couple of weeks things have felt a bit more normal i havnt even thought about anything like that. but these last 2 or 3 days i have had a really dead arm it aches and have had pins and needles in my hand most of the morning im really worried tht it could be to do with my heart/stroke. please someone xxxx:weep::scared15:

this can be down to so many things but think you might be best asking docter to make sure

could be anxiety and breathing too fast, also maybe you slept funny on your hands.
it's also a sign you may be low in Iron so you could go to your doc for blood tests if it is really worrying you.
but get it a lot when I'm anxious.
are you using the computer a lot, or something thats putting too much strain on your wrist?
