Hey there, I've been on citalopram 7 weeks now an hady third session of cbt yesterday. I've really been feeling a lot better. Though today I feel quite low again and I don't know why? I'm on my way to the lake district with my family so should be feeling happy but I feel anxious and my mood has dropped. I wonder why this could be? I know we all have blips but today feels really tough. I thought my mess would take these feelings away! Anyone else have rough days despite meds. I would really appreciate any advice from anone with ANx and depression. Thank you:)
