Hi All,
Posted on here a few times now. I've got an appointment to see a psycologist on wednesday evening. I have resulted in going private with my care because of the massive waiting times and I feel in a very bad place at the moment with my anxiety and these repentant intrusive thoughts. Has anyone any advice on what I should say or do? I can't really afford to go private but the nhs waiting is so long and my life feels like it has come to a standstill. Also do they authorize medication or is that down to my gp?
Any advice appreciated.
