is it possible to happen from a panic attack in itself? or does it have to do with your breathing i.e. hyperventilation? have any of you guys ever fainted? It's my worst fear ever ever.
If you did faint, it would most likely happen during your first attack (i.e. if it hasn't happened yet, then it won't) - and if you did, your breathing and heart rate would sort itself out and you would feel much better when you came round.
I feel like I'm going to faint all of the time - it's a combination of hyperventilation and your blood pressure trying to balance itself.

I don't think it is possible to faint from a panic attack, only from hyperventilation and blood pressure, like bellabum said.
If you feel yourself panicing, use abdominal slow and steady breathing... You won't faint, promise!! xx
