My HA has been so much better, in fact almost non-existant for the past few weeks, but last night at an xmas party, after drinking a bit much, I ended up playfighting with someone and got my head bashed quite hard, where I was kind of seeing stars I guess, this morning I feel a bit dizzy and sick, not quite like a hangover but similar. Am I being ridiculous or could I have actually hurt myself... (Hint: I know it is really the first option but need some convincing)

You will almost certainly be ok but should try and put some ice on the bump anyway, even if it is a few hours afterwards.

If 24 hours pass without any major problems then you should be ok. 48 hours and you're in the clear (48 hours is all they would keep you in a hospital for, for observation).
