I have had panic attacks for 6 years now i was on drugs for it but came of them and tryed to do it myself which is so hard..............then i stop drinking coffee and for a month i ve been ok...........for the last week it as come back and i dont no why............the only two things i can think of is pmt as i am on...........and for the last two weeks i ve been thinking about my mum dieing there is nothing wrong with her but i love my mum so much i dont no what i would do without her.......any help please x
