Mental Hospital- Before I Go Mad?

2 Terms ago i was getting back on top of hings. Then i had a week of and things ahve been awfull since. Im better not its the holi's but im afraid when i go back i will become severly depressed like i did last time. Im really scared of lousing it, as i have a short temper and dont always think before i act. I need help! Councling crap! They always need to have a meeting about a meeting about a meeting before anything can be done! And this time it might b to late ! :unsure:

If i go into hospital, what will happen, whats it like? Does it REALLY help?

Hi backflip95, sorry your having a hard time lately.
I know that other NMP users have been inpatients on Psyciatric wards, but I think each individual person has their own experience of what it's like, and you wouldn't be being fair on yourself to just go by others experience etc.
If the doctors feel hospital would be good for you, then you could try see it that at least your getting a break so to speak.
I know I'm not being that helpful, but nobody else had replied when I read your post.
