please help very scared

have just tried to go to sleep...started to drift off then jumped up the bed with a pain in my back and shortness of breath crying and convinced i am now dying. i dont know what to do im so scared x

I have had this many times its like you are sleeping but your anxiety is still wide awake ! So the first little thing you feel does make you jumpy, its horrible. You are not dying hun, put some music on try and distract yourself . Leave a dim light on if you can Sweet dreams xxxxxx

thankyou for your messages. think i just ended up wearing myself out through worry that i drifted off in the end. felt a little like it again earlier. its so scary. thankyou though meant alot to have your messages as reasurrance :) xx
