Hi my name's Terry and I was recently diagnosed with bipolar rapid cycling disorder. Ive had symptoms for many years now but it has taken a long time to get correctly diagnosed. I suffer with panic attacks, depression and anxiety. A friend recommended that i join the site for support.

Hi Terry, no I don't suffer from bipolar but I do know lots about anxiety and depression having experienced many symptoms myself over the years. I have a friend who is bipolar though and I know she doesn't find it easy at times, although she's started a new medication and feels so much better, after many years. But there are other people on this site who do have bipolar so I'm sure you'll get support from them.
