chest vibration?

Just want to know if anyone has had this? its a weird sort of vibration across my entire chest and tops of arms sometimes..like a pulse/vibration type feeling...Only seems to happen in bed at night..Never happens in the day and doesnt occur every night...As some of you might know ive been checked out at the hospital etc and they say my heart is fine...I dont think its heart related as my heart rate seems steady when it is happening...:shrug:

I think it's the muscles that cause this - not the heart. I get weird tingling/vibrating in my muscles sometimes. It's not really confined to one area - it seems to travel around. It could be circulation, medication, tension or even this type of weather ...

Main thing is that I really don't think it's harmful or a sign of something more ominous.

I get this from time to time. It doesn't worry me though.
I, like you had tests done and they said my heart was healthy.
I reckon it's something to do with adrenaline or muscular, I don't think it's anything to worry about.
