New Feeling?

Hi, I've suffered from panick attacks for a while now but jsut recently i've had this really werid feeing in my head, it's like there is pressure on my head like a band all around and i feel as though my head is really heavy and i feel like im on a boat and like im moving.
Sen a doc and had tests but everything came back ok.. does anyone else experience this?x

could be a tension headach or sinus like a blocked nose, also it's a very common anxiety symptom.
did your doctor check you for vertigo? me and my mum both get vertigo its worse for me when I'm lying down.
