just a quick post to say thank you to everyone on this forum.its been a bad year for me ha wise and whilst i dont post much i go on most days and read other peoples posts and they have been a great comfort to me and made me realise that i am not alone and that my fears are explainable. so thank you and happy xmas and a stress free new year.
