To all,

I suffer from panic attacks, my doctor recommended this free NHS cognitive behavioural Therapy course because I didn't want medication. Its a bit unrealistic to start with but I urge you to stick with it. It really helped me. I hope you give it a chance. It helps combat stress and depression. Its called mood gym.
