Please help me this is ruining my life

Hi everyone

Please does anyone have this fluttering feeling in their throat?

I'm so worried that theres something wrong with my heart as its very similar to the fluttering you get with a palpitation but when I check my pulse at the time its happening its very regular.

Its happening more and more as the days go on. I suffer from reflux aswell but none of my reflux meds are getting rid of it.

It makes me cough and sort of takes the breath of me. I'm worried out of my mind. :weep:

I get this especially when i am anxious, it is common to feel all sorts of strange sensations when stressed! Also it probably is a palpitation type symptom as some times that can be felt in your throat. Try not to worry :)

I've gotten that weird fluttering feeling, but in my head! It has scared me so bad in the past, now I just try to ignore it since all tests done have come back normal. I've read several posts on here about various parts of the body having that fluttering feeling, so I believe it to be just another horrible symptom of anxiety.
