Numb jaw/cheek

Last night i had a panic attack. I touch the little pulse on the jaw ( i think it's called the vagus nerve?) and it felt like a shocked my self, and all of the sudden my heart starts beating REALLY fast, easily 200bpm. And the side of my face got numb anyone ever experience this?

hello, im new, yeah, my first panic atack the left side of my face and tonge went numb, went to the hospital, but everything was fine, they couldnt give me a reason for it. scared me though!
