Head and memory?

I feel as though there is a constant huge pressure in my head. I get dizzy, slightly disorientated and feel like I am going made. I feel like I can't switch off and am forgetting conversations and bits and pieces like that.

I worry about not being able to recognise people. I worry about passing out, about not doing things properly and making mistakes. I don't know what to do and this anxiety is making me constantly an emotional wreck. Help?

Good luck. I've been dealing with it for 4 months. Who knows what causes it or what will make it go away. I hope it's not permanent.
