Hey guys.
My breathings been soooo odd recently. Just, not right.
I CAN take deep breaths sometimes- so thats not a problem.
However sometimes i try and my chest tightens so i cant...
It just feels odd. Like im being smothered, and my nose and throat feel kinda warm when I breathe (the opposite feeling a cold mint gives you)
And I get out of breath quickly. Like I bent down to pick up a crimbo pressie, sat back up and felt like my breath was strained.
Its so odd. I just wish it was easier to breathe, cus obvs its a natural things. So why is it so difficult?
Has anyone else ever had this? Because im so, so scared.
