just introducing myself. I'm Denise. I'm a 36yr old civil servant from Peterborough.
I first suffered from anxiety about 3yrs ago, and for the last 2 and a half years have been absolutely fine. For some reason in the last couple of weeks it's reared it's ugly head again.
I've been prescribed propranolol and am hoping it'll be the miracle I need to stop things spiralling into full on panic attacks.
