Hi im new here. My girlfriend has been going through anxiety and depression for a long time now. Im here to get advice and support for her and also for myself. im finding the whole thing really difficult and it affects both our lives. Its hard to live our lives working around the problem and it puts a lot of stress in different situations. For instance she is now afraid of flying.
If anyone would like to chat about it or anything give me a shout
