pins and needles in head

hi help and advice please i keep getting pins and needles type feelings on one side of my head!!!!!!!!!!!!!:ohmy:

I used to get that on the left side of my head, but it passes in time. Trying rubbing both sides of your head and stretching. Like lifting your arms above your head, then side to side. Drop your head down to your chest then back up, then side to side.

I have just come on here because i'm starting to get worried about the same thing. Mine is a sharp numbing type feeling on the right side. I often get sharp shooting pains in my head (i'm not a headache sufferer) but this paon tends to last about 30 seconds or so.

I think tension-type headaches can cause this tingling feeling. It doesn't necessarily have to be painful either (but can be).

Unless it's a constant thing and in other parts of the body too, I really wouldn't worry because I've had this on and off for a long time now.
