Feeling Crazee!

Does anyone else feel like they are going slightly mad sometimes? Just the more i have struggled with anxiety the worse it gets, and its making me really loopy and spinny in my head ahh! I felt like this about 6 years ago when i was on the injection, that made me quite loopy but now i'm not on anything.. Tis odd for sure! Quite scary too ahh..

Have you read any of the info on left of page?? great stuff - you don't have to read it all at once you will soon 'pick out' the bits relavent to you :yesyes:I have said many times on here - i have printed off the panic and the hyperventilation ones and keep them in my bag for constant reference:yesyes:
