really scared again!!!

I've had a really good couple of days and then I was laying down and my heart started jumping all over the place. It felt like about 5 missed beats in a row. Is this normal? I'm so scared again. This is getting so depressing, I think I'm ok then it starts all over again. Please reply lovely people x:weep:

Absolutely fine. I've had what seem like really long runs of palpitations before where the heart becomes irregular like this. It's caused by adrenaline, I believe, and I'm sure I've read somewhere that palpitations have not been connected to heart disease. Perhaps someone could back me up on that, I'm not totally sure of my facts, but I know that palpitations, even long strings of them, are very common in anxiety and absolutely harmless.
