Anybody else had these?
When washing any dishes I need to use new clothes or dishtowels.
I have to bin mats for example as there was floor wipes near them so I would not eat off them despite cleaning them.
I have to change socks if I have wet feet in fear of getting the cold.
Other routines like I can't miss breakfast, can't miss two showers most days.
I know I could test myself on say eating from the mat but a fear of the smell being there, or caught onto it and contamination would scare me too much.
