Weird 'bubble' in side

I have a really strange feeling in my left side (kinda between my tummy and hip) but it moves up into my ribs and round to my back a bit too.
Its like a bug air bubble that moves up and down :S
And it hurts sometimes.
Its uncomfy alot of the time.
Im hoping its trapped wind. But I can almost feel it when I breathe.
I cannot feel any lump atall there with my hands tho :S
It started about 4 days ago :/

Has anyone else had this? Im totally freeking out :(

Well, it won't be a "lump" cos those don't move around :) andf if it was wind, you'd probably feel it in your tummy, not your side.

It sounds muscular. Muscle tension can seem to move around - as one bit relaxes, another tenses, giving the impression it's "moving".

Maybe a hot water bottle would help relax you :)
