Hi,
I feel so glad to have found the forum! I am a 25 year old music student living in England.
My story is I rang an anxiety helpline today and got some incredible info. on depersonalisation that I've been experienceing for 5 years. I had found such shock stories of people that never shake off the disorder but now it is a relief to have more hope and there is some avenue out of this disconcerting state. Its a time to look forward to being free of this and enjoying something/ anything in life.

Hi and welcome - you will find lots of other people on this site who know just how you feel so you don't have to worry about that!

You just reminded me of a site I looked at briefly called foggy friends! It was for people with ME (which I also have apparently...) It was quite funny!

Good luck,
