Just signed up and am feeling a bit nervous. This is my first time on a forum.

I've suffered from anxiety and depression on and off for 15 years, I'm 43 now, have 3 boys and lucky to have a supportive husband.

I'm glad to have found this site, it's made me see that I'm not alone!:shrug:
