Hi everyone, thought i'd introduce myself before I do a post in another section. It's coming up to my 2 year anniversary of Panic/ anxiety, and i've had my ups and downs, but hell im still here.

Nice to read over some posts for the past few days and to reaffirm to myself that other people struggle as well.
