Pressure on throat

I have had pressure in my throat for quite a while now. Its almost like someones putting pressure on it or somethings stuck in it. It makes me really shaky and anxious and sometimes its hard to eat eek! It makes me hypoventilate too like i can't breathe or something, really scary eek! Does anyone else have this? Is it just anxiety or is there something else? Squeal!

I get that sometimes - like a lump in the throat - feels like some bread or something stuck there. It is anx related or for me it is. The more we worry about it, the worse it gets. Try to do some deep breathing at the time...I know that's hard when you are experiencing the feeling but it does work after a while
