Hi everyone,
Just wanted to know if anyone else has this much DIZZINESS. People tell me this is all anxiety related but this is just ridiculous. I cant even hardly walk across the floor without holding on to something. I was told years ago that I had Menieres disease an inner ear imbalance, but the tests were really non-conclusive. One dr. said yes the other said no. So WHO KNOWS! I just want to stop spinning. I can't hardly function and taking care of my house and my kids is so hard it would be easy to just lay in bed all day, but i don't because i know my kids need me. Then, of course the worry wart inside of me says, "What if it is some kind of tumor causing the dizziness?" UUGGHH! Oh, well just another complaint on my long list[V] Sorry to be so drab, thanks for letting me whine.

hi,
i suffer from dizziness too. although its not as bad as when it first started. i was also convinced i must have a brain tumour but the tests were all clear. i think the more we concentrate on the symptom the worse it seems to be, its not easy to try and ignore something that is so severe but when your distracted it certainly eases it. just remember that its only anxiety and not something worse, that helps me anyway.
sorry i couldn't be more help.
i certainly know how you feel though
take care and i hope you feel better soon :)

Hi,

Dizziness can be constant for me and I can get svere headaches aswell which all amounts to alot more worry and stress, fatigue etc....

I noticed your post was a while ago so I hope you've had all tests done to allay any fears you have.

Good luck
