New Year Panic

I'm sat here, it's twenty to 11 at night and my mind is racing and my heart beating. I've got all kinds of stupid things going on in my head. Does anyone else feel like this, tonight especially?? Grrr!!!

Ya it seems like my whole Christmas has been like that. I was so looking forward to a good one have been doing well for a while, but put a blight on myself, lol. Stomach pain, bowel pain, went back to smoking, fast heart rate etc, the joys. But it will pass like it always does I suppose.
