Feeling Strange, But Ill

i have a sore raspy throat and i feel weak with a headache, hands feel stiff as if i cant move my fingers properly, and getting weird harsh rushy feelings up my legs.. Help me :weep:

The sore throat could be the beginning of a little cold or bug, but all your other symptoms sound anxiety related. Headaches, weird hand senstations, cold rush feelings in various parts of the body - I've personally had them all. The more worry about them, the worse they get. Try to relax and keep us posted on how you're feeling...:hugs:
