Hello im 27 and i have been suffering with panic/ anxiety for about 6 months, my friend told be about how much this site had helped her and i suppose im looking for some support as the last 6 months have been the worst ever. It will be nice to finally chat to people who understand me and that do not tell me to pull myself together.... we all know its not that easy. If it was there would be no need for this site.
