Always have fluffy feeling in my earns as they don't drain properly. Very small ear canals. I do smoke but not prepared to give up. Have been to Doctors in past who says ears look fine and to hearing aid clinics who gave me digitial hearing aids for the deafness loss I have but can't put anything in my ears any more as they burn. When sitting under air conditioning hearring loss gets worse and inside of ears get really painful ..as bad as being on a plane.:blush:
