Hi there just wondering if anyone else can relate to this..I seem to be suffering from what i can tell is central sleep apnea..The only time I seem to get it is after ive been woke up early hours of the morning,between 4 and 6.I then fall back to sleep thats when the apnea seems to start..Also as far as I can tell I only seem to get the apnea when im having stressfull dreams..I wake and always try and sleep again but never seem to shake it off unless I get up,fully wake then try to sleep again..I also suffer with panic disorder health anxiety..you name it..!! many thanx for any support…
