I'm just on to have a little rant. I had dozens of feckin panic attacks over Christmas and I am soooo annoyed. This bloody illness is such a pain. You think you're better and then BANG it knocks you over with a tonne of bricks. I understand that Christmas is stressful and I ate a lot of rubbish food and drank too much, but why is it only me that suffers (clearly I know its not only me, but thats what it feels like in the midst of an attak:blush:)
Anyway, rant over. Hopefully the New Year will start on a good note and next Christmas, I will be better and med free and ........ o RICH, i'd like to be rich too!!!:yahoo:
