I have had a constant light headed feeling for over five years now and despite every possible medical test (inc neurology) this has been put down to stress/anxiety.
The only other problem I have is a tight stiff neck partly caused I think by tensing my neck muscles when I feel unsteady due to the light headed feeling.
I also have head tremor again due to tension in the neck/head.
I am not anxious and have no other symptoms.
What I find puzzling is that the condition does not vary whether resting working or excersising.
I can for example cycle 15 miles on hard terrain without problems (other than the light headed feeling)
I would be interested in any stragegies to cope this as it severely restricts my enjoyment of many activities.
