im having a lot of trouble sleeping lately
ive got a lot of pressure pains and just normal paisn and other pains i cant explain in my head.
when i lie down it blocks my sinuses and i cant breath aswell so i have to try and sleep lying up *shrugs* maybe its the cold weather.
lastnite i had the worst attack ive had in ages. i couldnt stop shaking or calm myself down.
every day when i wake up i have a real bad headache and when i sit up i feel like im gunna pass out or throw up.
maybe its cuz im only getting a few hours sleep per night.
anyone got any advice?
